Your first exam is a comprehensive exam designed to fully understand your health history, current concerns, and goals for care. Because I operate as a mobile chiropractic clinic, the entire experience takes place in the comfort and convenience of your own home or wherever you feel the most relaxed.
During this visit, we’ll begin with a detailed conversation about your symptoms, lifestyle, past injuries, and overall health. I’ll then perform a thorough chiropractic examination, which may include posture assessment, movement analysis, orthopedic and neurological testing, and hands-on evaluation to identify the root cause of your discomfort.
After the exam, I’ll review my findings with you, explain what’s going on in clear terms, and outline a personalized care plan tailored to your needs. If appropriate, treatment may begin the same day.

A chiropractic adjustment is a precise, hands-on treatment designed to restore proper movement and alignment to the spine and joints. For a mobile chiropractic visit, this treatment is performed in the comfort of your own home or office using a portable treatment table and specialized equipment to ensure the same high standard of care you would receive in a traditional clinic setting.
During the adjustment, I apply a controlled, targeted force to specific joints that are restricted or not moving properly. This helps reduce tension, improve mobility, support nervous system function, and relieve discomfort. Adjustments are tailored to your individual needs and comfort level, and I’ll always explain what I’m doing before beginning.
